With a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University, Zach has developed technical skills that have allowed him to excel as a landscape designer and work towards more active project management roles. His strong interest in forest conservation, including the preservation of existing forest stands and the natural environment, aids him in completing mitigation requirements for various projects. Zach’s experience includes mixed-use and residential developments, parks and playgrounds, transportation projects, and transit-oriented developments. He is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Maryland Native Plants Society, and the Society for Ecological Restoration.
Zach is lovingly known to family members as ‘The Clone’ due to the fact that he and his father’s senior high school pictures appear to be identical.
