The Intercounty Connector (ICC) increases community mobility and safety in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties.

Floura Teeter provided landscape architecture services in support traffic flow improvements along the MD 5 corridor.
This highway improvement project was the second phase of a massive reworking of the traffic pattern near I-70 in Western Maryland.
Floura Teeter was responsible for the overall corridor planting and beautification, as well as environmental site design and plant selection associated with construction of the new bridge.
Floura Teeter developed design-build performance specifications for this new seven-mile, dual lane highway.
