Formerly the Hochschild Kohn Department Store warehouse, this re-purposed historic building in Mount Vernon is now 171 upmarket apartments. With 13-foot ceilings, sophisticated amenities, and a walk score of 91, this apartment complex is attracting graduate students and young professionals to this eclectic urban neighborhood.

The project included the design of a second floor atrium courtyard featuring stone paving, engaging fireplace and water feature, outdoor kitchen area with bar seating, and lounge groupings. Other site work includes exterior restaurant dining courtyard and exterior site landscaping.
