Jeff leads Floura Teeter’s transportation and environmental design projects and construction administration efforts. His experience includes work at nurseries and supervising landscape maintenance crews for public and private clients, giving him first-hand knowledge of landscape materials in addition to his design-build experience and excellent computer graphic skills.
