I am motivated by the team we have at Floura Teeter and the work they do. Part of my role is putting our team members in positions that will challenge them to grow as people and professionals, but my passion is offering them the tools, time, and support they will need to be successful and to create beautiful designs.
Joan has over 30 years of experience in client relations, design, and project management. She serves as Principal-in-Charge for the majority of Floura Teeter’s projects and manages the firm’s on-call contracts. She is a Leadership Maryland graduate and an active member of the Women’s President Organization (WPO).
